Do you provide services virtually and/or out of town?
Yes, we have created a great design process for out of town clients and would be happy to help you with your project from afar!
I need help with the exterior of my home, what services do you provide?
We love helping clients select exterior materials (stone, siding, stucco, soffit, fascia, etc.) and provide exterior renderings to help visualize the design!
What additional costs can I expect?
Your proposal will include a design work estimate including a range of investment associated with your agreed upon project scope. Should your project scope change, this will be decided and approved by you prior to moving forward with additional design work and investment.
How long do projects normally take?
Your proposal will include an estimate of our time, however, sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise (market fluctuations, discontinued products, trade behind schedule, etc). We will do our best to keep timing and expectations transparent.
What if I decide mid-project that I want to add more scope to the project?
Increasing the scope of your project is not a problem. An hourly rate will most likely apply for additional charges.
Can I change my mind after an order is placed by you?
In the event that a full refund can be attained you may cancel the order and receive a refund for the cost of the item minus the purchasing fee and any other applicable fees. Custom orders are non returnable.
What if I have concerns about the way the project is going?
Your happiness is very important to us! Please bring any concerns to our attention immediately for discussion. This is YOUR home and ultimately you need to love it!
