Designer for a Day

Spend the day with us and tackle your interior to-do list—together!

This flexible service is perfect for anyone looking to refresh their space without a long-term design commitment. We’ll help you make decisions quickly, confidently, and efficiently, so your vision comes to life in no time.

Investment: Starting at $3,500 + GST, this service ensures you receive our dedicated expertise, guidance, and hands-on support for your project. Included in this service is pre-design and post-design work to ensure a thoughtful approach and end result.

Let’s Work Together!

Our process

1. Pre-Work

We will do our homework ahead of time to ensure we understand the floor plan and architectural elements of your space. We will also dedicate time prior to meeting in person to discuss your vision, preferences and ideas so that our to-do list is agreed upon prior to our day together.

2. Full-Day Engagement

This service typically lasts for an entire day (6 hours), during which our team will work closely with you to address specific design decisions including materials, furnishings and decor.

Based on the goals of this service, your design to-do list might include:

A design concept that includes colour palettes, style recommendations, and furniture layout ideas and/or
Interior selections such as flooring, tile, countertops, plumbing, lighting, paint, wallpaper, etc. and/or
Exterior selections such as windows, doors, siding, shingles, fascia, etc. and/or
Furniture and decor selections including accessories that fit the design concept and your budget. This may also include purchasing management if applicable.

3. Post-Work

We will wrap up our engagement with a colour/material chart capturing the selections made throughout the day and recommended next steps which may include links to sources and introductions to trades if applicable.

Our vision was to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and effortlessly lived in. Every detail was chosen to strike a balance between beauty and practicality, proving you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other. Bring on the sandy feet, wet towels and all the family gatherings!

The end result is an elevated cottage that feels collected, cozy, and made for real life at the lake.🐟

The studio has been buzzing in the best way lately!

Right now we’ve got a fun mix of projects just getting started, a handful deep in the messy middle (hello framing, electrical walkthroughs, and the occasional pivot), and a few racing toward the finish line where it’s all hands on deck to bring everything to life exactly as we imagined.

The process isn’t always picture-perfect, but the end result always is. And honestly, I know I say it all the time but … how lucky are we to do this every day?🤍
